Most people know that a business either evolves or stalls. For example, the development from year to year may be smaller or larger depending on what we want, but no one wants to go back and may even have to shut down in the long run.

Therefore, it is important that we always look forward, make concrete plans, set goals and be clear about the strategy we follow to achieve our goals and dreams for the future.

GOALS:

The aim of the course is to gain valuable insights, models and tools to put together a concrete Strategy Plan and to process and further develop your Business Plan.
