• stress tests company strategy
• translates uncertainty into concrete actions

You'll leave the course with a better overview of the company's strengths and vulnerabilities, as well as useful tools for making good decisions in a time when much can change quickly.

It is possible to subsequently book a 1.5 hour 1:1 sparring session with Tobias, Department of Technology, which will deal with resilience/resilience, based on the structure/needs of your company:

• 1.5 hour 1:1 online meeting, with follow-up on opportunities and actions for each company.
